Partnership and close relationship with buyers, both direct and indirect, is of utmost importance for the company and represent its strategic priority. The company has succeeded to establish and develop excellent buying relationships with a majority of Croatian customers (up to now buying relationships have been established with more than 5000 customers) and with buyers from 22 countries of CIS, CEE and EE.

In the drug division our major customers are leading Croatian and international wholesalers while very fruitful relationships have been established with a number of pharmacists. In the OTC and cosmetics division, the company relies primarily on major wholesalers while cooperation with prominent retailers has not been neglected either. That is why the company has been continuously improving efforts in the area of customer relationship management (CRM) through education of employees and optimization of processes dedicated to providing the top-quality service to our customers.
