The importance that we place on building winning partnerships is evidenced by our partnership evaluation process, with the early involvement of senior management. In this way we achieve quick decision making, enabling both parties to move forward without unnecessary delay. Thereafter, in the case of project and product commercialization collaborations, we aim to establish balanced teams with equal representation from both partners and a clear mandate to champion the brand.
The JGL partnership process has been structured to provide rapid evaluation of a potential partnership opportunity, with the early involvement of senior management. Key elements of process are:
