After signing a contract with our partner Bruno Farmaceutici this January, in late July, we made a great step towards launching our products onto the Italian market by realising our very first export of an Aqua Maris product.
Our main goal is to introduce the Aqua Maris brand to the Italian expert public and potential customers until the end of 2013, as well as to ensure the availability and high-quality positioning of the products in pharmacies throughout Italy. The first in line are Aqua Maris nasal sprays, followed by Aqua Maris baby nasal drops, Aqua Maris nasal irrigation system enriched with sea salt sachets and Aqua Maris Oto ear spray.
In the 82.5 million euro market segment of nasal hygiene products based on seawater and nasal saline, Aqua Maris will compete with around 20 other companies, but we believe we will be able to win over a significant portion of the market through effective cooperation with our partner.
Our Global Markets team believes that placing Aqua Maris products onto the Italian market marks a fine introduction to business expansion on that potent market. In the near future, we expect even more business deals and capitalisation on the rich portfolio of JGL products.
