JGL won Superbrands status for 2010

In addition to the Aqua Maris and Adrience brands, our corporate JGL brand won the Superbrands status this year.

Superbrands, the global branding organization, has been identifying and awarding the strongest national brands for the fifteenth consecutive year. In the selection process, candidates can not submit brands (and the application does not allow consideration for a charge) – Superbrands carries out an independent selection process according to the following steps:

  • An independent market research agency compiles the list of finalists containing approximately 1000 brands present on the Croatian market. All major sectors are explored and included in the list.
  • An independent Superbrands Council evaluates the list of finalists,
  • while consumers vote online, along with members of the Council.
  • The total number of votes obtained, i.e. the highest scores represent the brands awarded the Superbrands status.

Superbrands status designates a brand with significant identifiable emotional and tangible values. In order to win the Superbrands status, a brand must reflect quality, reliability, distinctiveness and emotional drive.
